Gage Meyers Pens Article on Good Faith in Franchise Litigation

Attorney Gage Meyers was published earlier in the American Bar Association’s Spring editions of The Franchise Lawyer. Gage wrote about the business judgment rule in corporate law and how it has evolved through judicial refinements. He noted how the rule is not easily applied in the franchise context. In particular, Meyers notes there is no “one size fits all” in the use of the business judgement rule when it comes to “good faith” and how a franchisor/franchisee relationship is structured.
