Attorney Carmen D. Caruso will be a speaker at the Specialty Seminar, “New Opportunities Await – Uncover A Diamond in the Rough” at the 2019 International Franchise Association’s Annual Convention on February 25.
The seminar looks at the unique opportunity to spur on franchise brand growth in underserved communities across the country and how to tap into many municipalities who are awarding Opportunity Funds and other resources to incentivize businesses in currently underserved local communities. Carmen will discuss ways a revitalization project in an urban area could be replicated in other areas of the country and increasing franchise opportunities and supporting local community job creation.
