Caruso Law Firm prevailed in a recent confidential arbitration proceeding, convincing a panel of three arbitrators in Nashville, Tennessee in a six-day hearing that a prominent manufacturer breached a dealership agreement by terminating its dealer for alleged sub-par performance without giving the dealer a full opportunity to cure as was the company’s standard practice. The Arbitrators awarded damages to Carmen’s client. The defeated manufacturer was represented by lawyers from the Boston office of a large law firm with offices across the country.
