Jackie C. Condella

Jackie Condella joined us as an Attorney pursuing her dream of becoming a Chicago trial lawyer – and she is well on her way.  Jackie represents clients in state and federal court, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement hearings, as well as advises clients on pre-litigation matters.  Jackie primarily focuses her practice on franchise law representing franchisees and dealers, employment law representing individual plaintiffs and companies, and commercial litigation.

Actively striving to become a great trial attorney, Jackie takes and defends depositions, briefs and argues contested motions, and conducts witness examinations at hearings and trials. She interviews witnesses (alone and working with our private investigator) and advises clients directly. Jackie has second-chaired a trial in the Chancery Division of the Cook County Circuit Court and a hearing before the American Arbitration Association, where she examined witnesses and delivered a closing argument. Additionally, Jackie is taking a lead role in managing e-discovery in our cases and implementing our new e-discovery software that puts us miles ahead of most of our competition.

A native of Naperville, Jackie is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. Prior to being admitted to the Illinois Bar, Jackie completed the Peggy Browning Foundation School-Year Fellowship where she researched and drafted petitions to be filed with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) as well as drafting grievances for General Counsel grievance hearings.

Jackie has also gained experience as a law clerk at the Uniform Law Commission where she conducted comparison analyses as well as drafted memoranda concerning questions of commercial, property, family and business entities law.

Jackie graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in Chicago in Spring 2015 where she was consistently named to the Dean’s List.  Additionally, Jackie earned the CALI Awards for the highest grade in Civil Procedure, Legal Writing II, Employment Law, and Labor Law.

Actively engaged in her legal education, Jackie served as a Junior Editor and then a Lead Article Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal.

Jackie attended a semester abroad at the University of International Business and Economics, Beijing, China, where she studied Chinse and Comparative Law in the fields of Employment Law, Business Law, and International Arbitration.
