Fran Cullina

Lead Paralegal

Fran Cullina is our lead trial practice paralegal, assisting our attorneys with legal and factual research, preparing documents for court, managing our files, scheduling, and keeping our clients informed as their cases progress.

Fran also manages our growing mass torts practice, leading clients harmed by a wide variety of dangerous drugs and devices through this intricate process from the beginning of their case through the successful distribution of monies recovered.

Fran joined Carmen D. Caruso Law Firm as an executive assistant and quickly demonstrated she was ready for significantly more responsibility.

Previously, Fran spent 15 years teaching, tutoring and working with disadvantaged students in Chicago.  She has experience at Brown University’s School of Professional Studies where she assisted candidates in the Executive Masters Programs with enrollment, financial aid and distance learning aspects of SPS’ programs.

Fran’s skills and dedication coupled with her enthusiasm for a “second career” in the legal field is an unbeatable combination.  She genuinely enjoys getting to know our clients and cares about their cases, making her a very substantial asset to our firm.
