Jackie C. Condella joined us as an Associate pursuing her dream of becoming a Chicago trial lawyer – and she is well on her way. Jackie has assumed extensive responsibility in franchise and employment cases. She interviews witnesses (alone or working with our private investigator), takes and defends depositions, briefs and argues contested motions, and advises clients directly. She has second-chaired her first trial in the Chancery Division of the Cook County Circuit Court in which she examined a witness and delivered the closing argument.
In addition, Jackie is taking a lead role in managing e-discovery in our cases and in implementing our new e-discovery software that puts us miles ahead of most of our competitors. In every way Jackie is far ahead of most of her peers.
