With a passion for litigation, Ashley joined our firm as a law clerk during her 3L year of law school and is now an Attorney with our firm. Since joining our team, Ashley has participated in client interviews, motion drafting, various phases of discovery and conducted in-depth research on a variety of complex legal issues.
Throughout law school, Ashley focused her efforts on developing litigation skills both in the courtroom and in writing. She received a Certificate in Advocacy from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and finished in the top 15 of her school’s Intra School Moot Court Competition, later earning a spot on the coveted National Moot Court team.
Ashley has volunteered as a part-time law clerk at the Cook County Public Defender’s Office and served as the Student Director of Life After Innocence legal clinic at Loyola. Both experiences provided Ashley an opportunity to get hands on practice in the courtroom and work directly with clients all while giving back to her community.
Previously, Ashley clerked for a small civil rights firm in Chicago assisting the firm in acquiring its largest jury trial victory to date. She also spent a year clerking at a criminal defense firm that specialized in white collar crime and federal criminal defense.
