In private practice since 1983, Chicago lawyer Carmen D. Caruso has concentrated in trial and appellate court practice, commercial arbitration, and related client counseling his entire career. He has successfully represented franchise, dealership and other clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to exciting start-ups and their entrepreneurial founders in significant cases in Illinois and nationally. He has won decisive cutting edge legal victories and obtained multi-million dollar recoveries for plaintiffs and comparable savings for defendants.

We approach every case from the standard of advancing the client’s economic and strategic interests in the most efficient means possible. This means being fully prepared to take the client’s case to trial, but not before we position the case to achieve the best possible negotiated solution as early as possible.

We are quite proud of the fact that most of our cases come to us by referral from other attorneys and from our existing and former clients.

Our platform serves to maximize our efficiency and flexibility. We reside in The Chambers, downtown Chicago’s premier suite of trial lawyers who are engaged in sophisticated financial, professional liability, white-collar, class actions and other complex business litigation. Our offices include a mock courtroom for trial preparation, state of the art litigation technology and legal research capability that enable us to compete against much larger law firms in cases of any size that are pending anywhere.
